Are you looking to learn choreography from A-list instructors while burning off some serious calories? If so the City Academy Commercial Dance Fitness Class is the perfect course for you. We teamed up with the scientists from the University of Brighton to prove that dance burns more calories than running, swimming and cycling - so grab your trainers and get moving on this high-energy class.
This course combines commercial street and diva dance choreography with repetitive cardio and strengthening moves to improve your overall fitness whilst dancing to the latest street and club hits. You will strengthen your core, arms, tums and bums while building choreography and intensity from week to week. All of our instructors have years of experience and the classes will be taught in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

Commercial Dance Fitness Class - What will I cover?
The Commercial Dance Fit course will teach you the following:
- A combination of fitness and basic commercial and diva dance choreography.
- Fun, high energy and dynamic movements aimed to improve cardio and strengthen muscles.
- Targets both Body and Mind as you keep focused and determined to achieve your fitness goals

All City Academy tutors are experienced professionals from theatre, film/TV and performance industries. So whilst they're training you they may also be rehearsing for a West End show or working on a movie. We like that and we do believe it makes a difference in class.
