No matter your level of fitness, our Online Flexibility Classes  will enhance your flexibility for better health and performance.

Whether for dance, sport, or general health and wellbeing, you will learn techniques to stretch safely and effectively, strengthen muscles and improve your posture.

As you progress through more complex sequences, you will see improvements in your fitness, receive friendly professional feedback in an inclusive virtual space, and ultimately achieve greater overall flexibility in your body.

A note on participation:  Enhancing these skills requires practical and active participation. As this is an interactive, group class all students will be required to have their videos turned on.

Each class will provide opportunity to practise newfound acting skills under the friendly guidance of an experienced tutor, ensuring you feel comfortable and get the most out of your virtual lesson.

You will need
  • A device with Camera and Microphone
  • 2 metres squared to move in
  • Comfortable Clothes
  • Bare feet or socks-only.
  • Beginner Friendly
  • Small Group Sizes
