City Academy’s monthly Online Writing Club is a great way to connect with writers from the comfort of home.
Join your peers in a supportive virtual environment to road-test new ideas and hear your work aloud.
You can come along to listen and socialise with writers, or if you want to present your work, you can book a sharing slot. Writing Club lets you explore and develop at your own pace.

A note on participation: Enhancing these skills requires practical and active participation. As this is an interactive, group class all students will be required to have their videos turned on.
You will need
- A device with Camera and Microphone
- A desk, table or flat surface on which to write
- Paper, notebook or journal
- A pen or pencil or separate laptop for writing
- Beginner Friendly
- Small Group Sizes
Please note that fluency in English is essential for this course.
