How are membership fees calculated?

Membership fees are priced per person. There is no limit on the number of employees you can sign up and so membership can scale to suit the needs of your business.

What courses are included?

Members have unlimited access to our portfolio of Online Courses (with the exception of this small selection of Intensive courses) as well as 50% discount on all studio courses. Courses take place regularly, throughout the year at various start times. Studio courses take place across 50 London venues and Online Courses are delivered in live, interactive environments via Zoom.

Can multiple members book onto an online course?

Yes, there is no limit on that number of members that can book onto a course. As a member, you are welcome to attend as many online courses as you wish.

Can memberships be transferred between employees?

If a member no longer requires their membership it can be transferred to another employee of the same organisation. Simply email your Account Manager who will make the transfer and contact the new member to welcome them.

How do members book a course?

Your Account Manager will look after all course bookings and changes. Users simply contact our team (available 9am-6pm GMT, Monday-Friday) with the course they would like to book and we will do the rest. Members will receive emails with course access information.

What membership options are available?

Businesses must register 2 or more individuals as members to access the scheme. Whilst all of our members enjoy the same core benefits, discounted rates and bespoke features are available for companies that register 20 or more employees.
