Melissa Fox

Melissa started dancing at the age of 2 when she started ballet, tap and jazz classes. Falling in love with musicals, she went on to train at SLP College in Leeds. 

Since graduating in 2012 Melissa has worked extensively within the performing arts industry, dancing with Headliners Theatre Company for P&O cruises and singing and dancing in shows such as All Our Yesterday’s and Rolling Back The Years for Timeless Theatre Company.

As well as working for brands such as Samsung, Deliveroo, Dreams, GAP, Aperol, John Freida and ITV, Melissa has successfully carved out a career as a showgirl, dancing in prestigious venues such as Cafe De Paris, Bunga Bunga and for the La Bouche Showgirls in Spain and Germany. 

After successfully auditioning for the renowned burlesque troupe ‘The Folly Mixtures’, Melissa went onto perform with House of Kittens and Cabaret Rouge before making her debut as a soloist ‘Mimi Abeille’. Since then ‘Mimi’ has performed in shows such as Burlesquoni, Tassels and An Evening Of Burlesque, as well as creating her own cabaret and entertainment company ‘Dusk Cabaret’ and producing her own shows.

Performing, creating and teaching is Melissa’s life and she can’t wait to share her creativity and knowledge with you!
