Rachel started her training at the Bird College Junior School. She then went on to study under a full scholarship at Bird College, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Dance and Theatre Performance.

She has performed all over the world in theatre and for numerous corporate events, having recently held the position of Dance Captain in Tina – Das Musical in Germany as well as touring worldwide with Cabaret Rouge (a dance-based burlesque troupe).

Other performance credits include Weckl in Drumchasers, The Sunflower Jam (Royal Albert Hall), The Infiltrator with Brian Cranston, Strictly Come Dancing, and performing with Secret Cinema in their latest production of Dirty Dancing.

Besides being a dance teacher, Rachel has also worked on campaigns for Sky, Freddy Active, Honda, Superdrug, as well as with Tinie Tempah and Alesha Dixon.
